Happiness is sunshine,
Beaming goodness down on you.
Doubt is a picky friend,
Questioning everything you do.
Sadness is like mud,
It clings and pulls you down.
Confidence is a superpower,
It’s like you wear a crown.
Anger is like dynamite,
One spark and you explode.
But talking through your feelings,
Is a great way to unload.
